PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Saucepan: Plunge the inner bag into a pot of boiling water and heat for 5 minutes.

Oven: Pour the contents into an oven-safe dish and add 250 mL (1 cup) of water. Add seasoning, cover with parchment paper and heat at 170°C (338°F) for 10 minutes.

Microwave: Pierce a few holes in the bag and heat on HIGH for 2 minutes.

Frypan: Heat through in a warm pan for a few minutes (less than 5), then add to meat for your recipes such as chili con carne.

 

Important: Handle package with care. Do not pierce or crush.

 

Store between 4°C (39°F) and 25°C (77°F). After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
